Should be hired for every CACI hearing. He spend the next two hours listening to me as I talked about my dad's allegations. He knew exactly what the CACI hearing was, he knew the hearing officer assigned to our case, because he defended multiple CACI cases with this hearing officer (and won). Tate was very empathetic.
